Return the goods

We accept returns within 15 days of the order delivery date.

Returned items must comply with our return policy:

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, have all tags attached and contain the original packaging

Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you.

If the item has a security tag or brand tag, the tag must remain in place when returning the product

Customized items cannot be returned as they are created to your specifications unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you

Please use caution when trying out purchased items and return them in the same condition as received. Any returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted.

In order to create a better shopping experience for customers, we provide a flexible return policy. We monitor the number of returns and if your return violates our returns policy, we reserve the right to close your UNIKORN account or limit future orders.

Refund

It may take up to 6 calendar days to process your return once it is received by our brand boutique. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 15 days to appear in your account.

To track the return of your package, please use the tracking number from the tracking file included with your order. Or go to “Orders & Returns” in your account to check the status of your return. If you placed an order as a guest and wish to track your return, please enter your guest order details here

defective items
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, or is not exactly as described on our website, please contact our global customer service team as soon as possible

We will arrange returns and process a full refund for defective items.
