Why is UNIKORN's pricing different?

It depends on our unique business model. At Unikorn you can shop from our global supply of renowned brands and partner boutiques.

Prices are determined by each UNIKORN brand and partner boutique, so prices for the same item may vary depending on where the item was sourced and where you are located. It's also why putting an item in your shopping bag or wish list won't pre-order it for a specific price.

While we have no control over price changes, we will always give you the best price at your destination when you place your order.

What currencies can I use to make purchases?

This is determined by your shipping destination and will appear during checkout prior to placing your order. If your local currency is not available, your order will be charged in US dollars for a competitive exchange rate.

Are you going to have my size again?

To be notified about a sold out item being back in stock, go to the product information page. Select your size on the dropdown menu and choose size missing, then enter your email address and the size you need.

Are UNIKORN items guaranteed authentic?

Our products are carefully curated by the best fashion brands and boutiques around the world and all our items are guaranteed authentic.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order arrives lovingly prepared in UNIKORN protective packaging. If the designer provides any branded boxes, dust bags or cases, these will also be included.

DELIVERY, TAXES AND DUTIES

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

It depends on the size, weight and destination of the item you choose. The good news is that we offer a single delivery fee on orders over a certain threshold - meaning you can order multiple items from multiple locations for one fee. You will see a delivery fee at checkout.

When will I receive my item and how can I track the delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send it within 3 working days. Delivery may take 7-15 business days depending on your location and shipping method chosen. We will email you tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is shipped.You can also track your order by going to "Orders and Returns" in your account.

Do the prices on your website include tax?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include tax.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is UNIKORN's return policy?

To initiate a return, go to Orders & Returns in your account, or if you placed your order as a guest, enter your guest order details here.

It is best to book a pickup within 7 days of delivery - this is to ensure your package arrives within the stated timeframe. We are unable to process exchanges and all returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused with all tags attached. Any designer boxes or cases that came with your order must be included with your return. If anything is damaged or missing when you return it, you may not receive a refund. Please read the full return policy here.

How do I return my item?

You need to do the following:

1.If you have an account, go to Orders and Returns. If you are placing an order as a guest, please enter your guest order details here

2.Find the order you want to return and click Return

3.Select each item and your reason for return

Prepare your return

1.Place your item inside the UNIKORN packaging - don't forget any branded boxes, dust bags or boxes.

2.Affix your returns label to the outside of your UNIKORN package. If you are returning multiple beauty products in individual boxes, please package them in such a way that they will arrive with a new return label.

3.If you received a return note with your order, please attach it to the outside of the package.

4.Hand over the waybill documents to the courier. Write down the tracking number to track your return.

When your package is picked up or delivered, be sure to have the courier scan the label so you can track your return.

How should I package the returned item?

Please follow the steps below to prepare your items:

1.Put any unwanted items inside the reusable UNIKORN packaging along with any branded boxes or boxes that came with your order.

2.Affix the return label and signed copy of the return form to the outside of the Unikorn packaging. Do not affix any labels to the designer box or case that came with your order.

When can I receive my refund?

You can track your return using the tracking number assigned to your return label. It may take up to 6 calendar days to process your return once it has been received by our brand or partner boutique. Once accepted, we'll send you a confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed according to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 15 days for this to appear in your account.

Can I return custom made items?

We cannot accept returns as custom items are created to your specifications.

What does pre-order mean?

When will my pre-order item arrive?

Once your item is published and ready to ship, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.

When do I need to pay?

Pre-ordered items require full payment at checkout.

May I cancel my reservation?

Some of our brands and partner boutiques allow you to cancel an item before we have prepared your order.

To cancel your order:

1.If you have an account, or if you placed an order as a guest, please go to Orders and Returns and enter your guest order details here. We need your order number and email address

2.Select the item you want to cancel and why

3.We will email you a confirmation of the canceled order

If your order is ready, we cannot cancel your order, but we do offer free returns.

Can I change my shipping address?

Go to "Order Details" in your Unikorn account to check if you can change the address. You may not be able to do this if your item has already been dispatched.

Are pre-orders refundable?

Yes, just make sure the item meets the conditions of our return policy .

Are there any restrictions on purchasing pre-ordered items?

Certain pre-order items may have order restrictions. This way everyone has a chance to get their favorite items.

How can I get a better understanding on how a piece will fit?

Go to the product information page and select the Size & Fit tab to view the size, fit, cut and model measurements. You can find the material composition and care instructions on The Details tab.

What's the difference between size, fit, cut and material?

The size of an item refers to the designer size on the label, fit describes how the item will fit on the body, cut is the silhouette and the material describes what the item is made from. To find this information, go to the product information page and view The Details and Size & Fit tab.

Why do designer sizes vary?

International sizes are slightly different when converted and some designers fit larger or smaller than others. That's why we provide specific information for each item.

What if my item doesn't fit?

If your item doesn't fit, you can return it with our free returns service. If you'd like to place another order, you can do this online or contact our global Customer Service team.
